Rebecca Salpeter, B.A., MSc.

Behaviour Therapist

I believe each person is the expert in their own experiences, and my role is to guide, support, and empower them by building on their strengths, fostering self-confidence, and helping them develop practical skills that can be carried beyond the session. I strive to create meaningful and lasting change through connection, collaboration, and an understanding of the broader family system, relationships, and environment surrounding each individual. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, baking, and hanging out with my sweet Goldendoodle, Leo. I also love travelling and can often be found taking a cooking class while abroad.
