I enjoy working with children and families because seeing an individual grow confidence, skills, and overcome challenges is incredible. I always knew I wanted to work with children, but I did not realize how truly meaningful the work actually was until I got started. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family, traveling, baking, and going to workout classes.

Professional Interests
Aesha wants families and their children to feel as though she is on their team. Her approach always begins with building a strong relationship. Each child has their own strengths, and she enjoys finding creative and individualized ways to help children learn and grow based on their interests and abilities.
Experience
Aesha has been working with children for 11 years. She began working with children as a senior program assistant at CanSkate, teaching children to skate. She worked with children animating school activities and children's' birthday parties assisting in art and painting. Moreover, Aesha volunteered at NOVA’s Adult Day Centre working with seniors with neurocognitive impairment which resulted in her working with individuals of all ages to support families.
